Meetings/special events amenities offered at the Center include:
- Experienced and knowledgeable conference staff, on site and available during the entire event
- Professional assistance in program planning
- Setup and breakdown of all space
- Trained volunteers to greet, direct, guide, and inform guests
- Uniformed security personnel on site during the event
- Coordination with the caterer and assistance in the selection of food, beverages, and flowers
- Basic audiovisual equipment (i.e., flip charts with pads and markers and multimedia, overhead, and slide projectors with screens are available for your use.) Additional AV requirements arranged as needed
- Cleaning service
- Tours of the Museum of the Jimmy Carter Library
